CandidateReferral Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

The Employee Referral Program (“Program”) is intended to attract qualified andexperienced candidates for open positions by allowing individuals (“Referrers”)to recommend potential candidates.

2. Eligibility

• The Program is open to any individual who is capable of referring qualified candidates.
• The Company may restrict participation for certain roles or individuals at its discretion.
• Employees of the Company may participate unless otherwise restricted by internal policies.

3. Definition of a Valid Referral

A referral is considered valid if:
• The candidate matches the requirements of a published job advertisement.
• The candidate is submitted through the official referral channel.
• The candidate has not previously applied or been contacted by the Company within the past 6–12 months.
• The candidate is not already in the recruitment process.
• Complete and accurate candidate information is provided.

4. Referrer Responsibilities

By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms that:
• The candidate has been informed about the referral and the Company.
• The candidate has explicitly agreed to have their personal data shared with the Company.
• The provided information is accurate and up to date.
• The Referrer has the right to share the candidate’s contact details.
The Referrer assumes full responsibility for:
• Obtaining candidate consent
• Ensuring lawful sharing of personal data
• Any claims arising from unauthorized or improper data submission

5. Data Protection

• All personal data must be shared in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, if applicable).
• The Company will process candidate data solely for recruitment purposes.
• The Company is not responsible for data shared without proper consent by the Referrer.

6. Referral Reward

• A referral reward may be granted if the referred candidate:
o Is successfully hired by the Company; and
o Performs work for the Company in accordance with the applicable employment or service agreement.
• The reward calculation method and any additional conditions shall be specified in the relevant job advertisement or communicated separately by the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to determine and modify the reward structure, eligibility criteria, and payment terms at its sole discretion.
• Rewards will be paid periodically, subject to internal procedures and applicable laws.

7. Reward Exclusions

A reward will not be granted if:
• The candidate was already known to the Company or applied independently.
• Multiple Referrers submit the same candidate (only the first valid submission will be considered).
• The Referrer breaches these Terms.
• The candidate does not meet job requirements or leaves before the required period.

8. No Guarantee of Employment or Reward

• Submission of a referral does not guarantee:
o Candidate selection
o Employment
o Payment of any reward
All hiring decisions are made solely at the Company’s discretion.

9. Program Changes and Termination

• The Company reserves the right to:
o Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time
o Change eligibility criteria or rewards without prior notice
• Any changes will not affect already approved rewards unless stated otherwise.

10. Abuse and Misuse

• Any misuse of the Program, including:
o Submitting false or misleading information
o Referring candidates without their consent
may result in disqualification and possible legal action.

11. Liability

• The Referrer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
o Unauthorized sharing of personal data
o Incorrect or misleading information
o Breach of these Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance

By submitting a referral, the Referrer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
